The Venture is scheduled to undergo weapon and shield modifications to meet the new Starfleet requirements after the Kessok attack on starbase 12. The warp systems are in desperate need of maintenance after the strains we put on the engines getting here. I can only hope that the Venture fairs better than the Dauntless did.
